Museu da Coruja na Corujeira (Owl Museum in Corujeira)

This space created in a rural environment is the work of an illustrious “Corujense” who, throughout his life, collected representations of the bird that most reminded him of his homeland: the owl. The collection was born in Brazil. CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) issued a stamp on the matter. The place dedicated to the bird began when the businessman António Martins da Fonseca, resident in São Caetano, Brazil, renovated his home in Portugal and gave visibility to the collection initiated by his father.
